- Standard product – 21 working days
- Standard product with minor variations – 26 working days
- Bespoke product – 26 working days following confirmation of requirement (and site survey, if required).

- Our delivery options are as follows
- Shelter Expert Standard Delivery (This is a free delivery service included in your product purchase)
- Shelter Expert Rapidflex Delivery (This is a customised delivery service )
- Shelter Expert Express Next Day Delivery (Available on selected product lines)
- The Shelter Expert Standard Delivery service is available in mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland (South of M8/A8), and is free of charge. Please note that there will be extended lead times for deliveries to some UK destinations ( All of Scotland, and parts of Wales and the South West). If lead times are critical, we recommend Rapidlex delivery for these areas.Normal shipping and delivery is within the lead times detailed above, with the exception of Express Delivery Products, which are normally despatched for next working day delivery if ordered before 10.00 AM Monday to Friday. Some standard products may be available for earlier delivery. Please contact us for details. Goods may be despatched by any of the following methods:-

- Returns & Replacements
- Returns and replacements are carried out in accordance with our terms and conditions, which are available to view on our website.
- Ordering
- All orders are accepted subject to our standard terms and conditions. If we are unable to fulfil any order within our standard 28 days lead time, then we will contact you to provide a revised delivery time. You may choose to accept this revised delivery time, or if this is not acceptable you may cancel the order and recieve a full refund.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Our accepted payment methods are standard debit and credit cards, bank transfer, cheque (please note that orders will not be processed until cheque payments have cleared ), or by approved customer purchase order. Prices listed on our website are standard list price, which may be subject to promotional discounts from time to time. Where promotional discounts are in force, additional discount vouchers or codes will not apply.
